Overview
A finished basement adds livable square footage for less per foot than any addition. We start every basement project with a moisture assessment: we won't finish a basement that isn't properly waterproofed. Then we handle framing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, drywall, flooring, and finish work from start to final inspection.
Moisture Assessment & Waterproofing Coordination
Before framing a single wall, we assess your slab and foundation for moisture intrusion. If waterproofing is needed, we coordinate it first, no exceptions.
Egress Window Installation
Permitted egress window wells cut and installed to code, required for any sleeping area and a major safety upgrade regardless.
Framing & Insulation
Properly detailed stud walls with pressure-treated bottom plates, rigid foam insulation against foundation walls, and fire blocking at all penetrations.
Electrical & HVAC Extension
Panel additions, circuit runs, recessed lighting plans, and HVAC trunk extensions handled by licensed subcontractors under our management.
Drywall, Flooring & Painting
Fire-rated assemblies where required, LVP or carpet flooring, and full paint finish with trim.
Wet Bar, Bathroom & Built-In Storage
Wet bars with kegerators, full or half bathrooms, home theater niches, built-in shelving, we design and build the features that make the space worth being in.
The Process

We assess moisture conditions, ceiling height, window placement, and HVAC access. You get a written quote covering all trades and finishes.

We pull all required permits with your municipality and finalize the layout, electrical plan, and finish selections before work starts.

Framing, rough-in trades, insulation, drywall, flooring, and finish work in sequence, with inspections passed at each stage.
04
Certificate of occupancy (where required), final punch-list, and walkthrough with you before the job closes.
