Our Services
TimberTech composite decks, cable railings, pergolas, and multi-level platforms. Fully permitted. Built to last 30 years.
Overview
We specialize in TimberTech composite decking with aluminum and cable rail systems: decks that look better than pressure-treated wood on day one and need almost no maintenance for decades. Every deck we build is permitted, properly footered, and structurally inspected before decking goes down.
TimberTech Composite Decking
Fade-resistant, stain-resistant, and splinter-free composite boards in dozens of colors and profiles. Backed by a 30-year limited warranty from the manufacturer.
Pressure-Treated Wood Decks
When budget is the priority, we build tight, properly-footered PT decks that are built to last, not the ones that rot in eight years.
Aluminum & Cable Railing Systems
Powder-coated aluminum posts with horizontal cable rails, the clean open look that doesn't block the view and doesn't rust.
Pergolas & Covered Structures
Freestanding or attached pergolas with TimberTech or cedar lumber, optional shade sails or polycarbonate roofing.
Multi-Level Platforms & Stairs
Grade changes, pool surrounds, and multi-level entertaining spaces, we design the framing to handle the load properly.
LED Deck Lighting & Permit Management
Post cap lights, stair riser lights, and fascia-mounted LEDs. We manage all permits from application through final structural inspection.
The Process
01
We assess your grade, ledger connection point, and existing conditions. You get a written quote with material and labor broken out.
02
We submit permit drawings to your municipality and order materials with lead times factored into the schedule.
03
Footings poured, framing set, structural inspection passed, decking installed, railing set, lighting wired. No stage skipped.
04
We walk the completed deck with you, every board, every rail, every light, before the job closes.
